Tuition Rates

In Parish: Families eligible for in-parish tuition are those who are:
        1. Registered members of Saint Agnes Church or registered members of the Arlington Cluster of Roman Catholic Churches (Saint Camillus or Saint Eulalia)
        2. Support the on-going activities of their parish with a minimum annual contribution of $300.00 through the use of the weekly envelope system.
        3. Compliance with this requirement will be monitored.

This contribution must be paid in full, no later than
December 1, 2009 to be eligible for in-parish rates.

Out of Parish: Families who do not satisfy the above in-parish requirement and families of other religious denominations, will be considered out of parish and are not eligible for in-parish rates.

	Payments of tuition and fees are to be made on a timely basis. A late fee will be charged for any payment received after the scheduled due dates.
	Families may choose either to make full payment of tuition by July 1, 2010 or to make ten monthly payments from July 2010 to April 2011 through the FACTS Management Program.
	If a registered student elects not to attend Saint Agnes School or withdraws at any point during the school year, all tuition monies received will be forfeited. An appeal of this policy should be in writing and will be considered by the school board on a case-by-case basis.

REGISTRATION FEE

New Students: At the time of registration, a non-refundable registration fee of $250 is due for each student enrolled. ($100 WILL BE APPLIED TO EACH TUITION)

Enrolled Students: At the time of re-registration, a fee of $200 is due for each student. ($100 WILL BE APPLIED TO EACH TUITION)

Families are required to participate in the Fair Share Program and the Lunch Duty Monitor Program. Families are also encouraged to join and participate in the Saint Agnes School Family Association (SASFA). The Family Association's goals are to enrich the spiritual life of its members, to encourage family centered activities and to raise funds and resources for the on-going support of Saint Agnes School.

Pay in Full by July 1, 2010
$100 discount per child

Please Note: There will be no bill sent out in the summer. If you are paying in full by July 1, don't forget to send your payment so it will arrive in the office on time.

There will not be a discount for payments received after July 1.
